A strong contract means nothing without enforcement.
It can look good on paper.
It can sound strong in meetings.
But if it's not enforced β it doesn't protect anyone.
Because when violations happen, words don't matter. Action does.
And when action is slow or missing, the contract starts to lose its strength. Piece by piece.
That's when management starts pushing limits.
That's when rules start getting ignored.
That's when workers start feeling it.
New leadership understands this.
It means acting quickly. Standing firm. And addressing issues when they happen β not after the damage is done.
Because representation isn't measured by promises β it's measured by action.
